Anyone having afib help by taking Heart Calm?
I started taking flecainide but it doesn’t seem to stop the afib and makes me tired and fatigued. It looks like Heart Calm is helping people with different heart rhythm conditions. Anyone using it for afib successfully?

Is that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 ?
I just started using Heart Calm, in addition to MG Plus Protein prescribed by my cardiologist.
I take two tablets of Heart Calm, one after breakfast, one after lunch, and one MG Plus Protein after dinner. After 10 days, fluttering is way down, and I don't feel lightheaded during these episodes either.
I still have more tests ahead, but hopefully I can stay on this regimen and not have to rely on medication.
I would recommend trying them, but everyone is different and you should ask your doctor first.
Best of luck to you.
You can buy Heart Calm on Amazon. It works great for me too! Fluttering and lightheadedness are way down! Still have more tests to go through, but I'm hoping I can stick to this supplement and not have to rely on medication.
I had two ablations in the summer of 2011 with no recurring incidents until December 2022 (several mild Afib episodes). I began taking Heart Calm at that time because I tend to experience side effects from medications for Afib. I have not had any episodes since. I only take one capsule daily (the recommended dosage is three), and so far all is fine. No side effects and no Afib. Is it the medication or were those December episodes anomalies, I don't know, but I plan to keep on taking Heart Calm as long as it appears to be working. I order my supply from Amazon.

I had an ablation, heart valve repair, and LAAC 2 years and 4 months ago. My surgeon recommended magnesium to start the day. That's the only supplement he recommends. I take 29% of RDA in 1 capsule of Pure brand magnesium glycinate every morning. I buy it from Vitacost. I eat nuts, seeds, and grains to get the balance of my magnesium. I eat well (low salt and sugar especially), walk outside each morning, exercise moderately each day for 25 minutes, and get plenty of laughs from classic comics and shows before bedtime. We are all different, but I have not had a single AFIB event during this time. PS I'm 80. Hope this helps.

By the way and as a caution to all, my heart valve (mitral valve) repair was necessitated by a dental infection in my right upper gum. The infection came shortly after a dental procedure, which several cardiologists suspected was the cause of the damage to my heart valve. It's not that uncommon. I now take 4 amoxicillin before even a dental cleaning. I wish that had been the dental protocol prior to the mitral valve problem. Maybe it should be the protocol for older folks. Fortunately for me, I take no other meds. I weaned off metoprolol and aspirin within 6 months of my heart valve repair.
