I also have all the symptoms. They are unbearable at times. I have been informed it is related to peri menopause and is well documented. It is due to fluctuating hormones. If you take note of when it’s happening, a pattern will appear. I can’t wait for it to level out and stop. It makes having a restful sleep impossible.
