Penis Shrinkage with no other issues?

Ok, I am new to being old...lol. I have read through these forums and those that appear to have an issue of this type talk about cancer, surgeries, and all of that type of stuff. I have never had this huge penis but you could at least notice it was there. I did go to the urologist for a little help since it just didn't work like it used to. He gave me the little yellow pill but I didn't really see much difference, it still worked most of the time like it had been. In the last year or so, it seems to have shrunk quite a bit. I think it would now qualify as a micro penis, where it never would have before. It actually now looks as though it is uncircumcised and I can't think of any other way to say it other than it seems to have just withdrawn inside. I take the lowest dose of blood pressure meds available and have for about 3 years now. I weigh roughly the same as I always did, I recently lost weight but don't see a difference. My exams and bloodwork always come back fine. Does it just get that much smaller with age? Honestly, I have to kind of push in and pull it out to even get it to come out to urinate. The urologist didn't look at it but just kind of shrugged me off when I mentioned it. He is a pretty highly rated doctor but didn't seem like he was either concerned or didn't believe me. You can google it but all the results I find are from the places that can add a foot to it and so forth, so I really can't get any honest information. Is there anything I can do or are those fun days over and I am just stuck with a micro now? I am not a nutcase and am truly serious, I can tell it is just nowhere near the size it used to be, which was only about 5 inches, but it was my 5 inches. I sometimes wish I had pictures of it from 4 or 5 years ago to compare to now so people don't think I am crazy. Thoughts?

I have had a physical since I posted this, but he wasn't very interested in my issue. Of course, I am trying to find a new doctor as he doesn't seem to be interested in most issues but it is hard to find someone that seems very good and especially closing in on Medicare makes it harder. I have an appointment with someone highly recommended but the first new patient appointment isn't until May. What do I do? Walk in and say my pecker is shrinking and be told it's my imagination, part of getting older, etc? I thought others here may have experienced the same issue and could offer some opinions but if the only response is always "Go to the doctor" then what good is this forum?

Isn't every question here answered with anecdotal information pretty much? I mean, it's not like there's a doctor here diagnosing people from a message board. I understood this was a comfortable place to post issues, questions, and the like to receive information from people based on their experiences and thoughts. I never expected to receive a diagnosis. I will refrain from posting and keep my questions between my doctor (if I ever find one) and myself from now on. Consider me properly chastised. Have a nice day.

Your penis shrinks as you age simple fact. If you have chronic ED then it will shrink even faster. See the correct dr. meaning a dr. of sexual medicine not just a urologist .. start using a VED with his approval and then figure out if oral meds or shots will be the first step in dealing with it. I have 9 years on you age wise. Started of the aging journey normally till a stroke in 2022 stopped all erections and lost my libido. Tried the shots to no avail, and the pills. I used a VED for 6 weeks before my penile implant surgery. I had a Rigicon mallable penile implant put in 6-2023 one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Good luck to you do something besides come on here and talk about what you don't have. Help is available to you and others ..

You need to see a urologist whose subspecialty is sexual health. A large teaching hospital might be a good place to start for this specific issue. I’m not surprised your PCP shined you on. We are all of different size and shape and you have to accept what you were born with.
