Night sweats and crashing
It seems Long COVID oof mine is worsening. I have been fatigued the past 2 days, then slept soooo hard with my COVID sweats ( a certain scent) for 36 hours. All that preceded this was simple housework.
Felt like one step forward and 10 steps back.
Oh- also I should mention weird COVID dreams.
Anyone else have a relapse type episode like this????
Thank you

Yes. Have woke up drenched with sweat. And very strange dreams as well
Can we talk about the weird smell? 3.5 years in and the sweats with weird smell are so terrible.
I feel you... what are some things you do to cope? Sometimes it's so depressing.
This is how my long covid symptoms started. I was not aware of LC as a thing. I'm 4 weeks into it now. My symptoms are like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had good days and bad days. I only found out about CFS in the past week. Please research it. Learn what 'crashes' are and what causes them. I'm still doing the research myself. Some people never recover from CFS, there's a lot to learn and understand about it. Avoiding crashes is critical to not making the disease worse.
I'm pleading to everyone to check into hyperbaric chamber s. It made a HUGE difference even after 2 yrs in. It does take$ (not covered by insurance yet), time and trust. I have another person that it worked for. I'm not back to normal but increased my quality of life substantially.

I am now under the care of an endocrinologist.
Thank you...I will ask my doctor
Ask for a referral to an endocrinologist. Mine doc has stopped me from gaining weight and will gradually increase my med until I start losing weight slowly and safely.
