Headache no name

I have been battling headaches for4 months which mimicked sinus headaches, took 4 different rounds of antibiotics, did CT scan, sinus is fine but still have headaches less when awake but from 4am till 7 am while in bed headaches really bad! Till I get up, Dr thinks sleep apnea?? Could it be related to chronic pancreatitis?? could it be related to gastroparesis, ??? Anyone' else with similar issues?

I am fortunate to not have many headaches. It could be related to a sleep disorder or other health condition according to this article.

Have you had a sleep test to see if sleep apnea may be the problem?

Did anything change in your life leading up to the pain starting 4 months ago? Did you fall? Did you have an illness? Why did they give you so many antibiotics if you didn’t have an infection? Was the CT scan only of your sinuses?

I had morning headaches for years and finally my headaches improved when I had cervical myelopathy diagnosis (spinal cord compression injury) and ACDF surgery on C5-C6 cervical spine level. This also improved neck/shoulder pain and many other symptoms below that level. I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea after getting the COVID vaccine (had a hard time breathing). I was also diagnosed with iron deficiency and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis/hypothyroid and had that treated. This may have also contributed to headaches and not feeling well in general.

Now, I only get headaches when sick or if the air pressure changes/rain is coming.

Good luck getting answers and the right diagnosis/treatment.

Hi and thank you, they gave me antibiotics because that is what it seemed to be at the time, up until I went to ENT, and they took CT of just sinuses and found sinuses are clear, so they ordered, a sleep study test, she said since headaches are more in the 4am to 8 am time frame it may be a sleep problem, but I do get relief from wearing a breath right strip, I do have a disc in neck, but that happened along time ago and headaches just started 4 months ago, nothing happened prior to headaches starting, I'm hoping I get answers thank you, for your information
