If you don’t mind my asking, what was your doctor concerned about that required a BMBX?

I may be oversimplifying it, but after being diagnosed with ET my doctor wanted to check for mutations or variants. A CALR type 2 mutation was detected but, fortunately, no JAK2 or MPL mutations.
