Anyone had a problem with neuropathy after receiving the vaccine?

I have had a cardiologist ask me to do a cheek swab for this type of neuropathy because I have had open heart surgery and my neuropathy got worst after the surgery but have not paid for the test results or do not know if I will. So many causes for this horrible disease. Being sprayed with Agent Orange in Vietnam probably didn’t help!

Yes and it was now confirmed-now what?? The Dr said they think it is auto immune? What does that mean and how is it treated-haven't heard anything else from them???

The oil can be used 2 or times a day. I use morning and night ususally.

Anne Oaklander at Mass General did some work with a bunch of other folks on Covid, autoimmune disease and small fiber neuropathy. IIRC, they only tested people with confirmed SFN. The study showed good results treating with IVIG and / or steroids. I forget the details, but it shouldn’t be too difficult to google. Good luck.

The autonomic neuropathy is not done by a genetic check swab.
It can tell you if it’s genetic but that’s it. Had it done.
Biopsies for small fiber neuropathy. I have had two one month holter monitor test showing I go between bradycardia/tachycardia my blood pressure is crazy it was 150/100 for two weeks they put me on BP medication then it bottom out 90/50 passed out and now it’s normal. They performed a tilt table test and sweat test on me for a diagnosis of cardiac autonomic neuropathy. The neuropathy moves into the autonomic system affecting gastroparesis, bladder, kidney, heart and brain where there are nerves. My balance is off the motor part of the neuropathy causes tremors.

Autoimmune is what I have.
Blood work for over three years elevated ANA, Sed Rate, CRP and complement c real high those are inflammatory markers. I have a list of labs that I had to have run buy the foundation of pn. I lost count of the tubes of blood after 10.

im here in t johns nl canada and have hd the same results my dr who wont acknowledge the vaccine injury finally sent me to a internal med dr same story she said i possibly had parkinsons and put me on levecarb i requested to see a neurolgist finally she ddi now on a year on the waiting list im plagud with so many things i have no life past 2 yrs i had 2 moderna shots nevr again now my stomach is terrible headaches pain on left side of my boday etc where do we go for help its depressing

Had neuropathy long before the vaccines were on the scene. And sadly, have yet to find a cure or treatment.

I am so very sorry that you are suffering so much. It must be very frustrating trying to see a specialist with your healthcare system.
Go back to the primary and see if some of your stomach issues can be resolved. It is my understanding that Parkinson medication causes some issues in persons. Only a neurologist can diagnosis Parkinson's or any other neurological diseases. Is there any way you can see where you stand on the list?

Tengo neuropatía de fibras pequeñas que afectan los movimientos de mis piernas ,que no los puedo controlar. Camino con movimiento espasáticos pero no tengo el más mínimo dolor. Pero cada vez voy perdiendo más sensibilidad sobre todo en la planta del pie. Pero no es grave. Insisto , no tengo dolor. Esperé bastante para vacunarme y recibí dos dosis de Astra Séneca. No tuve ninguna reacción negativa. Pero debo confesar que me costó bastante convencerme de aplicarme la vacuna. Tenía temor de complicar mis problemas. Pero no fue así.
