Anxiety and depression: What medications help?

My problem stared 12 months ago in March insomnia, taking .5 mg clonazepam and 10mg lexapro for three months, no help what can I do ? Very nervous inside and out, some head numbness.

Have you checked the side effects of the medications you are taking that don't seem to help much? That might be the problem. I like natural solutions. When I feel anxious I drink a cup of tea and say a prayer. It helps every time.

I also have GAD and Buspirone helps me.

My PCP prescribed it. A psychiatrist can also prescribe it.

como les fue en su primera vez con la clonazepam?ehm tengo depresión y ansiedad y mi familia no lo sabe, como lidian con la vida y las rutinas del día a día??

@torta31, I'm sorry to hear that you cannot share about dealing with depression and anxiety with your family. This must be hard to manage on your own. How are you doing on clonazepam? How long have you been taking it? Is it helping?
