Do you think you are getting sufficient sleep? Either way, I might start with a visit to the primary to have them look at your history, meds, labs, exam, etc. I wish I had asked for Vitamin B12 test long ago. It can cause fatigue. Test before taking the vitamin though. They can screen you for sleep issues too.
I met with a nutritionist and reviewed my diet to make sure I was getting the right foods. Exercise actually gives me more energy, so I can say I’m never really fatigued. I’m fortunate that LC did not bring me fatigue. Other symptoms, but not fatigue. I’m not sure why.
I hope you get some more suggestions. Feeling good means so much.
I have been on Dextroamphetamine Sulfate 10 mg. 3x daily. I agree, stimulants do help with fatigue. Since I developed long covid symptoms, the effect and duration are less potent. Trevor’s thank you for responding. I am grateful that you responded to my post.
I have tried just about everything alternative. What has helped me the most is 20 minutes daily on a Nu Step machine and injections of gluthiathon ..plus NAC pills, which produce gluthiathon. I am an 83 yr old woman and take no prescription medicine.Check it out. Good luck!
What milligrams did you start your dose and work up to what you currently take? Did you use a compounding pharmacy to go to small doses? How long was it before you noticed a difference?
Thank you for sharing.

I started at 0.5mg/day for two weeks, then went to 1.0mg for another two weeks, then to 4mg, which was too high, so came down to 3mg and have been on that ever since. Yes, all was done with a compounding pharmacy at high cost (about 700 a year), but now I buy 50mg tablets and dissolve in 50ml water and use a syringe to give a 3ml (=3mg) oral dose at a cost of under $5 a year.
When working up the dose, I think I first felt a response when I got to 2mg - so for me that was four weeks in. All this was done under the guidance of the Stanford LC clinic. Good luck to you.

ADHD (stimulant) medications can help significantly with fatigue.
for me LDN has been a miracle for fatigue. it requires a prescription.
What is LDN?
LDN is low dose Naltrexone. It has also helped me. Maybe even more so has been Abilify - again requires a prescription.
