DRY EYES THAT GUSH/WATER CONSTANTLY

i've had dry eyes for years but since getting covid in dec. 2020, it seems my eyes never stop gushing/watering to the point i can't wear eye/face makeup; i've tried all eye drops and even had temporary plugs put in. i'm 78 yr. old female. anyone else have these issues and what helps?

OCUsoft lid scrub,AND a baby bra type pad to put in micro for 30 seconds then apply to closed eyes for 5 min. What doesn’t work is visine, systane, lumify, blink, cyclosporine - prescription. 75 yr. Old papa here. Good luck Granny.

`grandpa': so it seems i just have to live with watering dry eyes as i've used all the eye drops you've mentioned above and i do put warm wash rag over eyes a few times a day. i guess we should be grateful if this is the only issue we have to deal with at our age!
