Pain after physical intimacy

My spouse and I do lot of stuff like (hugging, kissing, etc) but without doing sex. As a man, I experience pain after we finish doing this in my reproductive system. Is it okay or an issue?

@aliali - Best check that condition with a medical professional. While not so rare, post intimacy penile pain can happen. If that pain is always there every time over a long period - that should be cause for medical investigation.

Have you had that conversation with your PCP or a urologist?

Hey man I had the same issue and even cried when it happened since I was in so much pain. With me it was due to a spinal issue and it affected my entire reproductive system. After my spinal operation it resolved the pain which would happen even when I was masturbating and ejaculated. It was terrible. I had symptoms from whats called tarlov cysts. Very rare in which I was told to happen to men. I was 36 until I had my surgery at 39. I'm now 44yrs old.
