Headache due to less Oxygen
About 3 years back, I was getting severe headaches with throbbing sensations in my brain and tightness (like very high pressure) in the temples.
An ENT specialist diagnosed me to have a tilted nose bone.. he corrected it and the headache was gone.
Now again it has started and this time the nose seems fine. but the moment I sit in front of PC/Mobile specifically when indoors (AC) it increases to throbbing pain again.
Anyone can suggest a remedy.

I try to make sure my windpipe is straight...sleeping, sitting, standing allowing easy deep and ample fresh air.
Thanks let me try it from today
If you feel your getting less oxygen buy a portable oxygen sensor at your local pharmacy and test your oxygen saturation rate. If it’s low during these episodes it will show up on the monitor. You might also be experiencing eye strain with PC screens and just need an eye check up. I traveled for a living as a road warrior my last ten years of work. I worked on a laptop 2-3 times a day for 2-3 at a time and it did a number on my neck and upper back. Keeping your PC screen in direct alignment with your eye site looking straight ahead is the preferred position. Check online for laptop posture info for your health.
