Cpap mask facial derp wrinkles
My CPAP mask causes deep grooves in my face that take hours to normalize. Some seem to be coming permanent. I have used both some memory foam and the non-memory foam. I use a gel pad over the bridge of my nose and have tried the cloth covers over the mask itself with no improvement. Any suggestions?

I tried a pillow as well. I used it a few nights before I gave up. I just had to go a night without my cpap and it was miserable. I guess I’ll take the indentations on my face.
You might try a small travel pillow just for your head on top of your normal pillow. Then just have your face on the edge if you sleep on your sides. I tried several different ones of those awful CPAP pillows and it's like having your head on a rock. 😊 Also, a CPAP hose stand helps to keep the hose above your head so that it doesn't get tangled up.
