Angiogram and angioplasty

Yesterday I had the angiogram and angioplasty. It was somewhat successful. They found I had an old stent in my leg that had twisted or broke so they tried to repair that my toe still hurts, but I guess I’m waiting for the blood to get down there so we can heal, it’s just a small blister on my toe right now. Was wondering how long it takes for the toe to heal after an angio plasty.

With normal blood supply, and not too extensive a lesion, maybe 6-10 days.

The healing should 'start' immediately, but the lesion will be all-but-invisible in 6-10 days.
