CBD oil for pain

Posted by timfitz @timfitz, Jul 19, 2016

After trying opiates, and lyrica, and mostly just suffering I tried sublingual CBD which is from the marijuana plant, but has no THC in it, you don't get high. It was very very effective. Not only did it reduce my pain at least 75%, it has a calming effect on the anxiety produced in those of us with chronic pain by the fact we have it. I do recommend it.... Be sure it is from a reliable source. You don't need to smoke anything or get high.

@wsh66 I'm sorry to hear you are hurting more after being busy planting. When you described every inch of your body was hurting - you said exactly what I've been thinking about the downside of the pump. I have stenosis and DDD of the c spine I also have fibromyalgia. So some days I hurt like the dickens at my neck. Other days, much like today with a change in the weather, fibro kicks in and flares so pain is in every part of me.Stephen, I hope you continue to get the maximum relief you can. How are the apple trees coming along? What type of apple will they bear?

The apple trees are doing well and so am I. The pain from the exertion of planting them only lasted for a day. I'm 67 and I did a lot more work than I'm used to doing and I have arthritis so we're light behave like that I have to pay for it. One tree is a Kinder crisp and the other is a sweet 16. Both were developed by the University of Minnesota. The sweet 16 is one of the forerunners of the Honeycrisp apple. Some pain we have to medicate. Other pain, like the pain of overexertion in old age we just have to live with. A good rest in a couple of Tylenol and I was fine. Love and blessings.

The CBD oil is terrific....my rheumatologist prescribed voltaren cream and said I could spray the CBD oil over the cream. I am also approved for medical cannabis but for me anything with the THC makes me feel very anxious and the CBD oil over the counter is a blessing and helps with most of the pain from osteoarthritis of the hip and fibromyalgia. I had open heart surgery fifteen months ago and it would help a lot if I could exercise and be more active. The rain really effects the pain and here in the Chicago area we have had more than our share of the droplets ! I have given the CBD oil to several friends to try and they all have found relief, even one of my friends that has bone on bone with both of her knees! Wishing all of you less pain.

I had first found CBD Daily spray on the Walmart site...at that time it was the cheapest . I looked this past weekend and they did not have the spray but they had the cream. I just ordered four bottles from a company on eBay.....I paid a $52.00 for the four bottles and the shipping was free. I have been told that they have the CBD oil that one can take orally and it is suppose to help many parts of the body. Although it is an over the counter item I suggest that one always talks to their doctor . If one is on coumadin they especially need to consult their cardiologist before trying the oral as there are reports that it can thin the blood even more.

@hazelnut I just placed an order with CBD Distillery. When I first start using CBD oil I bought from a local store front and felt that I was getting a good deal. It wasn't, but it was convenient. That was before educating myself on what was available different places. Then I moved and bought some face-to-face from a company and really like the results of their product. This is my first order was CBD Distillery. I am still looking for just the right product for me. I know that CBD oil has made a big difference in my level of comfort and relief from pain and anxiety.
