CBD oil for pain
After trying opiates, and lyrica, and mostly just suffering I tried sublingual CBD which is from the marijuana plant, but has no THC in it, you don't get high. It was very very effective. Not only did it reduce my pain at least 75%, it has a calming effect on the anxiety produced in those of us with chronic pain by the fact we have it. I do recommend it.... Be sure it is from a reliable source. You don't need to smoke anything or get high.

@lioness Hey Lioness, thanks for the reply! Do you know how I can make sure everyone gets this? I only know how to post to an individual. Anyhow, yes I’d like you to add me to your list!!!! Yes!! Would you please pray for me to find somewhere to live (I can’t stay in my car - I’m on oxygen now). , for my brother & dog to find somewhere also??? THANKS!!! I will have to bloom where I am planted, but I can’t find any potting soil yet!...Karen

2 ReactionsHi @karen00, when you post to a discussion, like you just did to @lioness, it goes to everyone who is following the group and the discussion. Adding a person's @username, simple alerts that member that you mentioned them in particular. Does that make sense?

2 Reactions@colleenyoung Hi Colleen, I was wondering how to write a general posting to all in group, to no one in particular. Thanks
I think you are referring to starting a new discussion. You can find instructions here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/get-started-on-connect/
@colleenyoung I was referring to doing exactly what you just did. You didn’t address this posting to anyone specifically-it just went to whole group....K
@wsh66 I'm sorry to hear you are hurting more after being busy planting. When you described every inch of your body was hurting - you said exactly what I've been thinking about the downside of the pump. I have stenosis and DDD of the c spine I also have fibromyalgia. So some days I hurt like the dickens at my neck. Other days, much like today with a change in the weather, fibro kicks in and flares so pain is in every part of me.Stephen, I hope you continue to get the maximum relief you can. How are the apple trees coming along? What type of apple will they bear?

3 ReactionsHow much do you need to take and is it once a day. I have awful chronic pain, RSD , Recovering from broken back and neck fusion
The apple trees are doing well and so am I. The pain from the exertion of planting them only lasted for a day. I'm 67 and I did a lot more work than I'm used to doing and I have arthritis so we're light behave like that I have to pay for it. One tree is a Kinder crisp and the other is a sweet 16. Both were developed by the University of Minnesota. The sweet 16 is one of the forerunners of the Honeycrisp apple. Some pain we have to medicate. Other pain, like the pain of overexertion in old age we just have to live with. A good rest in a couple of Tylenol and I was fine. Love and blessings.
