Thanks for your advice. As I mentioned, I do take 320mg of iron daily. I didn't detail the rest of the supplements
I use. I take Omega 3, probiotics, vitamin D3, B12, and C.
I will definitely review types of iron with my GP. Thanks for your help.

You’re welcome. I feel it’s important to know your vitamin D level figure out the goal of what you want the measurement to be and take the units that will get you there. We keep ours at about 60 and that requires 5000 units a day give or take.

Omega-3 oil we take them too. Because it is an oil and can go rancid we keep them in the refrigerator.

Believe in probiotics it’s just that there’s so many different strains so we also have a lot of different ferment vegetables and we drink kefir and yogurt.

The lab range for adequate vitamin B12 is huge. The important thing would be 12 is that it should be taken the sublingually in the or buy injection if one is low.
