I think we need a brain transplant 🙂

I like the idea of standing on the beach. Enough noise to mask the tinnitus and maybe a feeling of silence if not actual silence.

you mean you have never actually done it ?????????
Your reason t'etre seems to revolve around TNT . There are huge beaches that are devoid of "noise" except for the gentle lap of lazy waves .My brain is not involved in this ,at all. However ,at this point i time ,I am in bed ,doing my morning chats ,with the company of you know what, Being a person of impulse ,it would be possible to for me to jump in the car ,and visit the coast , it usually takes an hour and some ,with a reasonable traffic flow,. this impulse is losing ground ,because of ...traffic ,,,parking ,,masses of humans ,and, noise .I'm a country girl at heart ,I prefer horses and fields ,total stress removers.
Mahjong .my daily addiction is next ,Whats your ????????????

I have to ask, how do you cope with sleep ? I find it very difficult to actually fall asleep, Noise climbs ,and my brain becomes very active ,and I can't shut that down either , so ,I do get quite depressed through lack of sleep, that's when the seaside comes in handy
