The best thing I ever did for tinnitus/hearing loss was to get hearing aids last December. It has helped tune out the tinnitus about 90% in both ears and my hearing is so much improved.

They are an adjustment to get use too and I had to be patient with myself.

Hello ,fortunately ,my hearing is excellent ,so ,I really don't really need any help in that department ,It is the constant noise that won't go away .I have been given various white noise ear "thingys " but they only make the Tinnitus adjust itself to the noises .I have just been given a Sleep sound Therapy System by the ENT
clinic ,that has an alarming instruction leaflet ,or ,booklet.that may help ,I will let
you know
