Is the picture on the right with no crusting or scabbing
the recent stage of healing? Hard to tell from pictures
sequence.?

The ENT put stuff to stop the bleeding after the biopsy- it was blackish brown hard stuff- the crust peeled off and looks like puss now

No - that is what is looks like always - never heals severe pain
