If you are looking for a mechanical approach to building bone quality, improving circulation, supporting muscle stregnth and improving posture - look into the Marodyne LiV Vibration platform as recommeded by PT Margaret Martin. There are many vibration platforms in the market ( dont be led down the garden path) but this one is suited to osteo issues. Check it out. Yes it is expensive but your life is worth it.
