yes, i too have found that when i focus i forget about the tremors.
i took up knitting which helps a lot. i am new to it so it requires a lot of focus.
playing an instrument works too,
walking is great.
everything helps. nothing works so far to eliminate tremors.
i like to think that my body is shivering to try to heal itself.
