Hello and Welcome,

I can certainly empathize with you and the awful experience of PVCs and PACs…. I have had them in and off for many years…as I write or type this post I have had several.. I have morning anxiety as well that contributes to them…am taking several meds to HBP,
CAD, and GAD.. as well GERD…sometimes my PVCs may be irritated or exacerbated by these conditions but definitely with anxiety and digestive issues…if you have been given a good check up and testing by your cardiologist and they have done recent work ups, the thing that I’ve been told to do by scores of cardiologists and electrophysiologist to try to ignore the irregular cadence that these PVCs produce…it’s easier said that done … but you are at a good place here at Mayo Connect..many wonderful mentors and all here support each other…try to be calm and I always try to walk everyday…it does help with these awful pesky skips and multiple runs…please have a peaceful day 🙏 pvctom

Thank you for your response. Since I've been taking flecanide I've had no issues with PVCs. Too much flecanide and things get kind of wonky. I too have been diagnosed with GAD and MDD. I have a fabulous psychiatrist who is extremely knowledgeable with meds and knows my fears of other medications and flecanide. Having good heart Specialists has helped, especially ones that have compassion for those of us with anxiety and panic disorder. I never asked for these conditions, but life deals out traumatic experiences that we have no control over. So we have to find a way to deal with it, It takes its toll on our bodies if we don't know how, and I was one that didn't know how to deal with it. Sorry this was so long. However I'm now well taken care of 😊
