Need help with yeast infection

I have had yeast infection for over two weeks..tried alot of over the counter stuff...no help ...need some good advice to prevent this

I used to have them, but haven’t in a long time. It can make you miserable. First, were you tested to make sure that it’s yeast? If so, I’d ask the doctor for advice. I never responded well to over the counter creams. I used Terazol cream and/or the oral pill Diflucan. They knocked it out for me. Both are still prescription i think.

Other tip’s I tried to follow: dry well after shower, don’t sit in wet swimsuit, don’t douche or use scented soaps. And, if they recur a lot, get your blood sugar checked. High blood sugar can cause it.

There are probably lots of other tips. I have been lucky that I haven’t had one in a long time. I guess the tips helped me.
