Trimix injection good or bad idea?

Posted by jasonfarmer @jasonfarmer, Sep 17, 2023

59 years old. prostatectomy just over 3 months ago. Take daily 5mg tadalafil or 100mg sildenafil before intercourse . Successful only 2 times without vac pump. I am considering Trimix injections just not sure when or if I should. I would appreciate some insight from men who have used and when they started. No other treatments for cancer needed. Presently cancer free. 0 psa 2 blood test so far. I am thankful for what I have just want the best I can achieve. Thank you for any shared experiences good or bad.

All you guys talk about the amount you use .I have used trimix with mixed results for 6 months .Worked well at first but have had to increase strength to get results . I am now at 30-2-20 which is (I think at the higher end) Using 27.5 -30 on the insulin syringe .Gives me usable wood at 6.5-7.5 50% of the time .Used viagra with great success for years but stopped working (only 5-5.5) Have a pump and rings but spontaneous they aint !! Thinking about using low dose viagra with trimix for better wood .....Have my sudafed ...I would appreciate any comments

Kader77 I do not know what 30-2-20 is but I would suggest to check with your Doctor. I was told by my Doctor if I had to increase the units to 60 he could prescribe a stronger mix which would decrease the units to inject. I was told I am using standard mix not sure what that means but it works for me every time at 32 units. Usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I am about to go down to 30 to see if hard time can be shortened. Good luck to you. I to am about 6 months on injections.

30-2-20 is the dosage ratio. How much of each of the three medications.
Hope that helps.

I forgot to put it in the fridge and I was gone all night. I put it back in and later used 50 ml without any results. Tried it three times.

I'm curious how long you keep unused tri mix?
When I got my Trimix formulated in the San Francisco area I used to freeze it and it lasted for a year. When I switched to Men MD in Florida it says it's good for 1 month, at least that's how long they can guarantee that it will be sterile, but they recommend getting a new Rx monthly and say not to freeze it. Also, I noticed I had to use more for it to be as effective as the formulation from San Francisco. My San Francisco rx cost was $300 for 10 injections whereas in Florida it was about $140 for ten injections. Has anybody else noticed any differences in the formulations from different pharmacies? I'm wondering if you get what you pay for.
Thanks guys,
Jake

Thanks Guys!! I am impressed with the feedback !! I think the first hand info is much better than youtube and google So far increasing the dosage ratio hasnt increased the price of the 2ml vials . Wish I HAD jasonfarmer problem lol but I was up to 50 on the weaker combos and I am getting mostly usable results at 25-30 with the latest ratio. Still thinking about adding some low dose viagra to the mix!! Still would like better results

I live in Wisconsin and use the compounding pharmacy in Michigan recommended by my Urologist. The stuff can be frozen but refrigerated they give it 45 days ! 2 ml vials cost $113.95 including overnight shipping .The internet suggests much longer shelf life but I stick pretty close to the 45 days

I don't actually know what my ratio is. When I went to the clinic, I believe it was the lowest available. When I switched doctors and I told her it wasn't working and I asked for something more potent. She said she wouldn't give me anything more potent so whether or not she did I don't know. But I wouldn't add medication like Viagra with Trimix unless you check it out with your physician.

In the refrigerator, the strength of one of the three meds declines about 20% in 6 months. Out of the refrigerator, all bets are off :-(, but all three meds do not decline equally.

Straight, 59 year-old, active sex life with my woman, and with ED concerns the past 20+ years. Sildenifil pretty effective generally speaking (90%) till more recently teetering off enough to jerry rig with a cock ring. Just started utilizing Trimix last week... and the experience is like Sildenifil on meth. A complete game changing experience that's still pretty hard to believe. The dose for me is only 15 units ( 0.15 ml) that only runs me $4.55 a dose... so very inexpensive. Only drawback is that this can't be utilized more than 2-3 times weekly.
