Who was the Dr at Mayo that was able to help you? I am habing neck instabliikty even with PT, dry needling, muscle relaxers (to loosen my traps and not pull on my neck), chiro, you name it.

I'm at my wits end here

@csalter My Mayo neurosurgeon is Dr. Jeremy Fogelson. I had seen 5 other surgeons before coming to Mayo who didn't understand the pain symptoms I had all over my body from cervical stenosis, and then wouldn't help. Dr. Foglson was one of he authors on a paper mentioning leg pain from cervical stenosis, so I knew he would understand my symptoms and I requested him. He is a spine deformity expert and does some big surgeries.
