Dizziness, Fatigue, tingling behind Head, blurry vision
Hello,
I am male and 27, before 5 month i fainted and hit my back side head of head, next morning i had heart palpitation for over week and after that till now i am suffering from acid reflux, burping alot, chest pain, dizziness, fatigue, tingling behind head and sometime behind ears, ringing in ear which comes and goes, blurry vision and little confusion and met many doctor and nurses none could made me feel better. All symptoms were improved gradually but sometimes it amplifies again.
I am taking Omeprazole also
I dont know whats going on with me from months

@drksidr that sounds awful!
Everything but the stomach issues seems to be related to your head getting hurt. But, the first question is why did you faint?
A neurologist is the specialist you need to see.
I have acid reflux too. It makes me cough terribly when lying down to sleep. My doctor suggested that I take some Mylanta liquid just before bed. I do now and it’s been much better.
Good luck to you.
Hi darksidr could you try a different doctor.i hope you get this sorted. Red79
@drksidr
It sounds like you had a concussion and should see a neurologist due to your symptoms. You should get to the bottom of why you fainted (low blood pressure/POTS). The stomach and brain have some important connections so it is possible hitting your head is aggravating your gastrointestinal system. Good luck getting checked by a neurologist. Make sure to advocate for yourself and your health.
I fell while having neuropathy fainting,backards right on my backside of head and ever since i have had pain from shoulders to behind ears pain.Well the right side stopped hurting after 6 months.The left side hurts from shoulder to behind ear mostly when i try to sleep and wake up for 1st hour.Hopefully it will go away too
drkside, Omeprazole can cause low magnesium; low magnesium can cause fainting. Low magnesium can also cause ringing in the ears, heart palpitations and confusion.
Burping is a more direct effect of the medication.
A serum metabolic panel might be clarifying. Magnesium supplementation is simple.
I would want imaging to ascertain any damage from the fall.
best wishes
My dr put me on oxygen. It got rid of the dizziness and brain fog. I take Pepsis complete for the gut problems. It’s almost like whack a mole in all these symptoms popping up.
At 80, occasionally I find myself feeling dizzy and fatigued, and then I remember I did not have any water in the last six hours since getting up and downing four whole wheat toasts and two eggs omelette. It has always worked to check with what I eat, how much physically fit and good sleep I had. In fact I rarely see my GP, do any meds or tests. Nor have I renewed my health card for many months now. Healthcare is free here.

Yes I do have to remind myself often to stand up and do some limbering moves of those muscles and joints after every so often.
Should i stop taking Omeprazole for a time being
Because of low blood pressure because usually my heart rates at resting is around 50-55 and when i told doctor he even told me its ok as per your age and fitness
Actually i already meet 4 different doctor even 3 different nurses none could do anything other than giving Omeprazole
