Leo sus comentarios y me alegro por aquellas personas que se hicieron el transplante pero quisiera saber como hicieron para encontrar un donante de riñon? Aquí en América latina es difícil encontrar un donante sino reciben una compensación económica.

@lucero27, Welcome to Connect, and please forgive me for the late reply because the translation setting was not cooperating. My donor , in the US, was from an annonymous deceased donor. I see that you are in Latin America where the policies are different for organ transplants. I am aware that we have had recipients from different parts of South America and I will plan to search for those members and link them to your question. Please give me a few day to get back to you on that.
Is there a transplant center where you (or the patient) is being treated? Are you looking for a deceased donor or a living donor? What have they told you about finding a donor?
