Do not use electro stim if you have a pacemaker. I tried the ES before I had my pacemaker. I thought it was doing some good but afterward it was back to the same pain. I use these leg "squeezers" you put them around your legs, hook the hoses up to a small air compressor and they intermittently squeeze massage you legs and feet. Feet feel.pretty good afterward. I use them before bed.
