Internal vibrations: Anyone else experiencing this?
Anyone else have what feels like internal vibrations, your shaking on the inside but no one can see it from the outside?
Would also like to hear from people who are experiencing this and have discussed this with Long Covid Program providers. And have they given any insight on the cause.

I feel like we have awaken something in our system that has been dormant
I was put on anxiety meds, but I don’t like how I feel and now I hum and it helps tremendously. Yes humming helps. Of course, meditation
Our autonomic nervous system is upside down.
When my symptoms were really bad I shook but it was visible. I couldn't control my body, I was trembling like a person with Parkinsons but it wasn't daily and they appeared suddenly lasting maybe around 10 or 15 minutes and then going away.
I have had this, plus facial tics, for a long time. I spoke to all my doctors about it. At the UNC LC Clinic, I was told this is common for LC patients but, of course, nobody knows what to do about it. I’ve had one gaslighting schmuck rheumatologist diagnose it as ‘hysterical woman’. My neurologist checked me for Parkinson’s and wanted to get an MRI, but insurance wouldn’t pay. If I take Valium, it calms it down a bit, but who wants to take Valium?
I had this happen, but it has gradually faded. Some LC symptoms have not.
