I used to have these burned (liquid nitrogen) off until my dermatologist told me it was losing proposition. So as hard as it is, live with the little brown spots. The ones to come with every decade will be larger. Then you start to get the purpura (superficial blood bruises)

The prices we pay for not using enough sun screen, or just age and fair skin … but skin gets weak and thin and it’s just been hard to avoid it. 🙂

I would say go gangbusters early with lotions containing hyaluronic acid and collagen.
