I have microscopic colitis and osteoporosis. I have been on the diet recommended by Wayne Persky in his book, “Microscopic Colitis.” I have been on it nearly three weeks and have had no diarrhea! I am starting on Tymlos and share your concern about magnesium since this diet deleted some of the best sources from my diet. However, I am treating this as an elimination diet and slowly adding in foods to test for sensitivities.
