Hi, I have the same and just got over my bought with it. I had a Doc .<br>show me a simple way to get the crystals in your inner ear to float back up<br>to the top of your Filia. You sit on the edge of your bed with legs up<br>facing your pillows. With your legs bent and your eyes open you lay back<br>fast, and when your back is on the bed hang your head over edge of bed and<br>stay there for 30 sec. You need to do this 3 or 4 times a day until<br>symptoms are gone. It can take up to a week more or less. If you are<br>afraid of falling off edge of bed put some pillows on floor or a chair to<br>hold on to. Don't hit your head!!! I hope this helps you with your<br>vertigo, Missie Oh, you also need to switch around and do the other<br>side ;)<br>

I've had vertigo for no reason,, like poop happens,, and the EPLEY maneover diagram plus INSTRUCTIONS can be found on the web or your doctor can print you a copy (if you don't have a printer at home)... yes, the head has to be tilted so the crown is on the bed, and a firm pillow is put on the lower shoulder blades.. do this twice daily, or more if necessary... it does move the crystals and u will get relief... always, always,, report to your health professisonal any other serious illnesses that you can't deal with at home.... good luk
I thought I had vertigo.... My ENT told me it was my crystals and sent me to a PT. after testing with "Real Goggles", they suggested I have an MRI... Abnormal place on the right side of my brain... Neurologist...brain surgery.... TAKE THIS CONDITION SERIOUSLY. IT WAS NOT VERTIGO OR MY CRYSTALS.......<br><br>

It seems like I haven't been quite able to fully explain what happens when I fall or swerve into a wall, doorway, etc. I NEVER, EVER FEEL DIZZY! No dizzy spells or other feelings. Just tipping over and swerving.
I appreciate all your advice, but I'd like to know if anyone has this same condition. Thanks so much.
