Can cancer or anemia cause Vertigo?

I also get dizzy looking up. This started after I took a nasty fall and hit my head pretty hard. This discussion has me wondering if I have BPPV. I think I’ll look into having this treated. Thanks.

Hi Seabright2001!
That fall you had sounds terrible! It probably caused your dizziness. However, you are right in seeing a doctor. There could be something more wrong than just the dizziness. That could just be a symptom. My dizziness is an inner ear issue and is associated with age; I'm 77. Prayer also works! God made you and he can fix you! I wish you the best! I'll say a prayer for you.
