Can cancer or anemia cause Vertigo?

I'm sorry your friend has vertigo plus all of her other problems. I have vertigo also. It mostly happens when I look up at a tree or a plane. I find that if I avoid looking up I have no vertigo. It's not much fun but it works. If she can figure out what activity causes her vertigo, it may help to avoid that activity.

I also get dizzy looking up. This started after I took a nasty fall and hit my head pretty hard. This discussion has me wondering if I have BPPV. I think I’ll look into having this treated. Thanks.
