I use the fluticasone spray , I have a lot of drainage . I’ve been sleeping in the recliner some and keep waking up with fluid in my throat/lungs. I don’t know that I can use a full face since it goes over your eyes , I have Sjogren’s with my eyes being dry I’ve already tore the tissue

The mask I have is one that covers my mouth and has nasal pillows that contact the nostrils. I have another that covers the mouth and the nose.

"Full face" seems to be an imprecise term.

Both of mine are considered "full face" masks, I've seen "total face" masks that do indeed cover the eyes (I'd hate that, myself).

I have no answers for our stuffy/runny nose situation - after my sinus infection I was directed to stay away from decongestants and antihistamines. Fiddling with CPAP temperature and humidity levels haven't done a thing for me.

You’ve probably already do this, but I have to clean my cpap machine every night. I’m just so sensitive to particles and any other floating elements flowing from the machine. I thought I was going to die when I had the Phillips premium machine, as it released so many fibrous particles in the air stream. In the a.m. upon awaking I would sneeze a dozen times with lotsak fluid flowing out of my swollen sinuses. Eventually I could see tiny fibers floating in the water each morning, and then that’s when got another machine. I hope you find the source of your issues.
