Multiple Strange and New symptoms after Covid
Id like to start this by asking are there others out there vaccinated versus not vaccinated STILL experiencing strange long covid symptoms? Do they appear to morph or change into more and more or do they seem like they are diminishing as time goes on? My mainstay longterm symptoms vary from constant eye floaters, dry stuffy nose, dry mouth, tingling on my face , eyelids, mouth and ears, abdominal pains, muscle aches, lymphadenopathy on right side of neck, arm pits and groin, and now what feels like proctitis and IBD/ulcerative colitis symptoms. The list keeps multiplying for me. Does ANYONE else experience these symptoms?

Very good. He has done very well through it.
Is his blood type O+ or O-?
Hmmm…..I’m not sure of his blood type. I will definitely check on it. I know that I am A+….the one more likely to contract it. So, I’m not breathing a sigh of relief yet. I was around him and my mom since Feb. 28, when my mom started coughing. I thought it was GERD…then a cold. Then daddy started with it. I took him to the doctor….i wore mask in car, but he didn’t….ugh…i kept AC on with window down….the primary said that the virus had probably gotten pretty weak.
I was surprised the state of NC rep called to see if my dad needed anything, like food, home care, supplies, etc.
Reducing possible local transmission. Provide supplies takes care of sick and keeps them isolated.
I’ve steered clear of them as much as possible, while providing their needs. I’ve tested negative twice. I’ve worn a mask when going out and avoided anywhere that’s crowded. Will test again tomorrow.
My symptoms evolved for 3 years. 4th year now not changing, and gradually waning.
Brain fog. Tinnitus and memory retrieval problems were are constant.
Rashes, sched. Insomnia came and went.
Chronic diarrhea started 3rd year. Now constant.
Vigorous exercise seems to help? I tried it once. Recently. Thought I was cured for a few days. Then a relapse. But not a bad one. I'll try again soon.
CBD oil helps me. But not cured.
Upper and lower gastrointestinal issues are regularly associated with Covid and Long Covid.
The virus damages the absorptive stuctures in the small intestine which impacts many functions in your body. The digestive digestive nervous system regulates many functions up and down the system from acid prodiction or lack of in the stomach to serotonin production and counter regulation impacting digestion, heart rate, sleep, lack of, absorption of nutrients, bacterial activity in the stomach and lower GI (can impact pH regulation which is good or bad for bacteria) and so on.
Sars CoV-2 wrecks the gut.
Significant recent research has shown that in almost all with Long Covid, the virus is present, alive, and harboring in the smal intestine, continually damaging the absorptive tissues such as villi and microvilli.
The result: bloating after eating, discomfort, failure to produce serotonin, improper up and down reglation of the DNS, poor absorption, diarhea, etc...
Kill the virus is the solution. How? There are many suggestions, but none I have found work except for fasting (removes contents of stomach) and then consuming only bitter herbs and other plant family species which have significant phytochems which kill the virus. Then restore gut bacteria, after fast/phytochem treatment, with any good brand of probiotics.
This has worked for me several times.
See posts under cropdoc or Justin Tuggle for diacusions on plant families and bitter herbs, etc..
My dad is practically recovered! I returned yesterday and didn’t hear him cough but once. He’s acting like his normal self. I intend to test him again later today. I’m still not overly confident. I got my third negative test on Sunday.
If virus persists in the gut would a civid test be positive?
I have had Covid Long haul for 3 years, and yes, I have had very odd things pop up. My GI tract has been a major mess for about a year. I started having dull but persistent headaches straight away, after a while they turned into more and more frequent, then unbearable headache that woke me up at at night, to full blown migraines. So that is that. The Heartburn out of nowhere all of the time.. My hair started falling out just a few months ago. Some things come and go. I hope for you and all those that are suffering from Covid Long Haul, that you are able to work with a medical staff that is listening to you, understands that you are in pain, you can't think, your body is tired, you brain fog is far more than a fog, and this is different and is is awful & frustrating! Here is to comfort and good health
Does anyone know of anything like a spray that will stop the nose from constantly running water, but yet not dry out my eyes? I’ve used small doses of Claritin, but it brings too much discomfort to my eyes due to dry eye…and I treat my dry eye daily with drops and ointment.
