I do not have Meniere's. But I can understand how stress can exacerbate this. I am so sorry that you have dealt with it for so long and tried everything. I have a friend with M.D. who says too much sodium can bring on an episode of spinning and jumping. She has to take Valium to bring it back down.

Yeah I feel for your friend. Valium is very addictive. I try not to use prescription drugs,
I find pot is better it stops the Nausea and spinning, make you relax.
