Ketogenic diet and its effect on tremors.

Is anyone practicing a Ketogenic diet to reduce tremors? There has been recent research that mentions positive results, but nothing has been released regarding the results yet. I have had body tremors for six months and have been trying the Keto diet for three weeks. I have noticed a definite reduction in the intensity of tremors. I also have been taking supplements at the same time as I'm trying to avoid Ldopa as prescribed by my doctor. I take Omega 3 fish oil 1250mg, 100mg of B6, 400mg Mucuna Pruriens X 3, 1000mg L-Tyrosine, 135mg Magnesium, and 500mg X 3 L-Phenylalanine.
The Keto diet understandably has gotten a lot of negative reviews. At first look, it seems counter-intuitive and eliminates many healthy foods. It was developed in the early 1900s when doctors realized that when people with seizures fasted, the seizures stopped. The Keto diet was the result of a doctor figuring out how to replicate the body's response to fasting, so these people could eat. Seems to me this might have help with tremors. Any thoughts?

What is the
Keto diet?

This isn’t the healthiest diet that’s for sure but the results can be enticing. It is a < 20 carbs a day diet that puts your body in Ketosis. This is when your body burns your body fat to supply you with energy instead of Carbs.

Hello @user_ch1535cb1

Here is an article from Mayo Clinic about the Pros and Cons of the Keto diet,

You're taking mucona? Mucona reduces tremors. It worked for me, but it gave me digestive issues. So...it's hard to say if its your diet or the herb unless you did the diet alone.

Wondering how long your digestive issues lasted, and how much Mucuna you were taking? Asking because I have had digestive issues for a couple months since taking mucuna for just a few days. It could be something else, of course
