Do you have ménière's disease.
I have Vertigo with ménière's
Only after cutting out a stressful job has the Vertigo declined, hasn't stopped. But I usually have to sleep sometimes for hours, sometimes days. I had it since 2008 I have tried everything.

I do not have Meniere's. But I can understand how stress can exacerbate this. I am so sorry that you have dealt with it for so long and tried everything. I have a friend with M.D. who says too much sodium can bring on an episode of spinning and jumping. She has to take Valium to bring it back down.
