MYCOBACTERIUM ABSCESSUS COMPLEX TREATMENT
Does anyone have this type? If so, how often did you need to get an IV drip, and did that plus the other antibiotics seem to help? If your side effects were bad and you had to stop treatment, what did you do then?

I had Amikacin IV 3x for 12 weeks. Antibiotics effect my inner ear balance. I had severe dizziness after 5 weeks, Dr reduced the dosage and I was able to complete the 12 weeks. I had some tinnitus that pretty much went away after week 12.
