Thanks so much for sharing your experience and advice. Yes I have repeated it a few times and am mostly over the dizziness, but will do it again if it starts up again. I had not heard from friends to repeat several times after the initial whiz-bang, but the crystal dislodgement and possible leftovers makes sense. It was all new to me, so personal experience is helpful.

I got vertigo from a car accident. Meclizine works for me. Always have some with you. J had several trips to ent team at Mayo that specializes in vertigo. Took a couple visits to learn the epley movements. If not done properly it won't help. I learned to twist and bend over or even lean very slowly to let the crystals move with you. Good luck. I still have to be careful turning over in bed. Getting up from bed or chair is also slow. Let the crystals relocate slowly?
