Hello @lwbarker, so sorry to hear of your vertigo. It is frustrating and really disrupts your life. I have repeated the Epley manouver over and over until the vertigo is gone. If you think about the displaced crystals in the inner ear causing this, it makes sense that perhaps there are still some crystals out of place. I have used Meclizine (Bonine for motion sickness), an over the counter medication. It can make you sleepy though. I also have a prescription medication Compazine that works well for me. My experience has been that this condition can pop up whenever and sometimes it resolves quickly and other times it takes time and repeated maneuvers. Have you tried repeating the Epley?

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and advice. Yes I have repeated it a few times and am mostly over the dizziness, but will do it again if it starts up again. I had not heard from friends to repeat several times after the initial whiz-bang, but the crystal dislodgement and possible leftovers makes sense. It was all new to me, so personal experience is helpful.
