Just wanted to share my research from looking into these pharmacies for my mom. There are hundreds of them out there but only a small set seem to be legit. Bad actors definitely exist, so it's wise to be careful. I initially narrowed the field using a list of around 50 pharmacies obtained from CIPA . CIPA is an association of Canadian online pharmacies that purports to maintain a higher standard. For example, it requires its members to send in valid prescriptions. However, this organization isn't without some controversy, which you can read about on wikipedia. That said, I needed a starting point and CIPA accredited seemed ok enough.

I took the CIPA list of around 50 pharmacies and cross checked each one on TrustPilot. Most didn't have any reviews on TrustPilot so I skipped them. There were many that had only a handful of reviews, so I skipped them too. There were also a bunch that had a high number of negative reviews so I skipped them as well. I did find people on various forums mentioning they've been happy with some different pharmacies, including here. But if the price difference isn't much, personally I'd rather go with the seemingly most reputable one (high number of reviews, very low number of negative numbers, very high positives).

Since I'm a new member here, the system won't let me post hyperlinks so I will paste a screenshot instead.
