Vibrating vests
Anyone have any thoughts, experience, opinions on vibrating vests? Is one different or better than others? I assume they all work the same, just perhaps some do a better job?

@sharcros Where do you purchase wild mullein? And how do you use it?
I purchased online in Canada from well.ca.
It is a liquid which you add a dropper full to a bit of water and drink on an empty stomach.
Instead of vest, my pulmonary physical therapist recommended a VibraLung. Doesn’t shake your ribs, works on vibrating tones in your lungs. Expensive to buy but takes only ten minutes after I nebulize. Love it.

@woot Looked up the price $6,000+. Whoa. Did insurance chip in?
Thank you so much for this suggestion. A week ago I started taking the mullein tincture first thing in the morning, and then drinking tea steeped from the leaves during the day and evening (2-3 cups). I find I'm coughing a lot less between nebbing sessions. I actually prefer the taste of the mullein tea to my usual green tea. Very helpful!

Hi, Anna @annagh Where do you source the mullein tincture and tea. I'd like to try this.
I bought the products from iherb.com. I've purchased my supplements from them for years. They are very fast, and respond quickly to fix the very rare problem.
I chose the Frontier Co-op, Organic Mullein Leaf, Cut & Sifted, 16 oz for the tea (a very large amount!) and Nature's Answer, Mullein Leaf, Fluid Extract, Alcohol-Free, 2,000 mg, 1 fl oz. Hope it works for you!

Are the capsules just as good? If so, how many would you take?
I am new to taking mullein and have no experience with capsules. Perhaps someone else has a response for you.
