I’ve been suffering from palpitations and elevated heart rate for the last 15 years using a beta blocker. I was running out from my medication until my next medical appointment to get a med prescription. In the meanwhile I starting using heart calm and I feel a great improvement since the first dose, using it as indicated 1 capsule on each meal. Before it, if I omitted one dose my heart started to beat hard and faster. Now my heart is calmed without the need of a beta blocker. For me work perfect.
