Just a quick update, derm was able to get me in today and she took a biopsy but believes it is either viral exanthem or SLE Exanthem, with my daily steroid dose preventing the redness you would normally see but not preventing the skin damage behind the scenes, so now I am peeling as skin heals. We will see what the biopsy shows!
