@konerumanjula Sounds like a new place but sounds great. I usually stayed up the street about 2 miles at Holiday Inn express or Cambria both on E Irma Dr off of Tatum Blvd , they both have Mayo rates and the Holiday Inn has a free Breakfast.

We are searching for a recommendation for a reliable hotel near Phoenix Mayo who will accept a delivery of peritoneal dialysis supplies. Any prior experience sea insights would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks! KZ
@kzeiss, I want to invite you to this discussion where other members are sharing lodging suggestions for near Mayo Phoenix.
I don't see that anyone has shared about delivery of peritoneal dialysis supplies, but you can scroll thru this the responses and will find some suggestions for reliable lodging. If I were you, I would call these lodgings and ask what they can do to accommodate you and the deliveries. I have not been to Mayo Phoenix, but have been to Mayo Rochester and know that lodgings are very accommodating for patients. I can only imagine that Mayo patients in Arizona are treated with the same consideration.
Have you considered inquiring at the kidney department ? They will likely have suggestions for you and also experience with shipping and delivery of dialysis supplies for visiting patients.
I see that you have posted in the transplants group on the past. Are you a transplant candidate? You will want to take a look into the Transplant Lodging:
The Village at Mayo Clinic is an on-site hospitality house — a low-cost, extended-stay lodging option. These spacious casitas are reserved for families of out-of-town patients who are receiving transplant or long-term cancer treatment. Call 480-609-1324 for lodging and updated information.
