Has anyone used the Marodyne device to stimulate bone growth?
You stand on it twice a day for 10 minutes. It gently vibrates and also helps with improving balance. The Marodyne is made in Germany and costs about $3,000. It has not been FDA approved but there are studies in progress.

The link you provided just shows the guidelines and protocols not the outcome of the study. Is that available?
The preliminary results of the VIBMORE trial were available on Margie Bissinger's recent webinar. There was a notice posted in here informing people it was free to view over a period of several days and for purchase thereafter. You can see the comments in previous posts of what was shared by Dr Beck.
All new to me as I'm new here - I will google Margie and see what I can find out - thanks
I find it's really a crime to do this to patients suffering for this horrible disease. I just have to shake my head.
It has definitely never used by astronauts. It is deceptive advertising to lead people to think it was. There were trials Dr Rubin conducted to try to prove it was an effective tool to be used by astronauts. It never got out of the trial stage and was never even used in trials in space. He lost his funding from the government after 7 years.
Back in August 2023 I posted on this website extensively re: the Marodyne machine and how I was duped into using it. I won't go back into all my details but this is the "trial" me and many other breast cancer survivors were part of without ever giving our consent. Bone loss is a major result of breast cancer treatments. BTW it could only be the Marodyne. Only later did I find out that this doctor was doing research with Dr Clinton Rubin who holds the patent. I went from osteopenia to severe osteoporosis while using this machine after my breast cancer treatments had ended. 2 weeks ago after experiencing severe back pain, an MRI showed that I have an acute compression fracture of L1 vertebrae. My second. The Marodyne is a scam,

@tschurch, my heart hurts to hear stories like yours. I tend to agree with you on this topic, I'm being completely transparent here. Unless there is evidence to back up claims such as, "the vibration treatment may also prevent breast cancer from spreading to bones," it is outrageous to promote it this way!
How disappointing. Thanks for the insights.
I don't know about Marodyne specifically, but the NIH has lots of study data that mostly suggests improvement in bone density with Whole Body Vibration. I have just begun using the WBV plate at Planet Fitness, so have no results as yet to report. Here's a link to the NIH studies: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4440196/
