Lyme Disease getting more attention with celebrity diagnoses
It just came out on LymeDisease.org that Justin Beiber has Lyme Disease. It tells a little about his strugles and those of others.
It is such an undiagnosed disease! Doctors are affraid of it because there is nothing you can do about it other than what Justin has learned and I have learned over the past year and a half that all you can do is treat the symptoms.
Very Intersting Reading! Those of you who also suffer from it, somethings are FINALLY coming out about how Horrible it is! WE ARE NOT IMAGINEING IT!

I was bitten in 1998 & have been having neurological issues since. I was also diagnosed with MS & since the diseases mimic each other, it's hard to know, what is causing what. Lyme is not treated seriously by the medical profession. I'm amazed how little has changed in 25 years. I wanted to share info I've found on the Neurology support group. Many have said Botox is helping them with spasticity/nerve pain. I have a lot of nerve pain & I know many Lyme patients do. I wish all of you the best.
My husband has chronic Lyme. He can’t walk nor do anything. They diagnosed him with a neurological disease. I kept asking the doctor to test him for Lyme but he looked at me as if I was crazy. Finally found LLMD and he diagnosed him based on symptoms. We also used IGENEx labs to confirm the diagnosis. He is being treated with 3 different antibiotics. Progress has been slow. The neurologist still doesn’t believe in it.
